•Team Lead for the Hosting.com Virtual Support Team. We are responsible for the support of all Vmware and Virtuozzo offered products. We handle any where from simple troubleshooting requests to complex issues.

•Troubleshoot, manage, configure, and administrate Windows 2000/2003 and Linux based hosting accounts, DNS administration, IIS and Apache administration in a 24/7/265 call center

• Responsible for disaster recovery, restoring of  backups on various servers that are used in our Dedicated and Virtual server accounts.

• Responsible for assisting in correcting issues with websites or servers that appear in our Server Monitoring Service.

• Responsible  for managing Virtuoozo based Virtual Private Servers, managing resources usage, disk space allocations, cloning and migration of VEID’s across several VPS Clusters.

• Create and update knowledge base material for both Hostmysite employee’s and Hostmysite customers on troubleshooting, managing both Dedicated and Virtual servers, as well as applications and services that can be used in conjunction with these services.

• Key personal in a huge migration effort involving over 1000 virtual machine’s  and migrating them from Parallel’s Virtuozzo 3.5  over to Vmware’s ESXi platform.
