When I did this, it didn't delete any of the actual handlers that were linked to the accounts I had to manually go in to /usr/local/psa/handlers and do find before-local |grep spam |xargs rm -rf to get the system to properly work again of course, take a backup first :) Now, you do this, and you’re gonna end up with a lot of broken accounts.
