Plesk will not let you activate a domain, states it is expired.
Posted by keith in PleskIf you ever encounter an isuse in plesk, where you try to reactivate an account, but pleks gives you the following error, it is due to the domain having a limit set;
Error: The domain is still suspended for the following reason: Domain is expired
Note that while plesk does do a name look up, it doesn’t have the ability to stop a site from starting even if the domain is actually expired. But, you can set a limit in plesk, so if that limit is reached, it will stop you from activating the site.
So what you have to do is goto the account in question, and once there goto the limit tab. Once there, you should see at the button the following;
| Validity period |
If the unlimited button is not checked, it will then use that is set, so simply checking the unlimited option an saving it will let you start the site.
